They’re here!

The morning I left for my El Salvador mission trip, my Bible journaling supplies arrived. I’m finally going through them. Yippee!

Since a picture is worth a thousand words (cliche, I know) and this is all about “illustrating”, I’ll let the photos tell my story. Scroll to the end to discover how you can save $10 on Illustrated Faith supplies.

I’m not strict on the colors I use each day. I choose one color for what God is about in that chapter and another color for man’s (my) response in the verses.  I’m also trying to include notes on the sides about what I learn.

Ashley already told me she wants us to start with the Beautiful devotional. Once Gentry finishes her pre-marital Bible study, we’ll do Beautiful together.

  1. Beautiful includes a red stamp pad. I love red anything.
  2. Stamps are centered around the concept of “Love”. They include love, you are worthy, chosen, beautiful, loved enough, transformed, remember this and many images to stamp in my Bible journaling.
  3. Die cuts are centered around being beautiful in God’s eyes, including valued, adored, thankful, love, enough, redeemed and many more.
  4. Washi tape is a “beautiful” flower.

SPECIAL NOTE: Last week I missed out on saving $25 on the Genesis kit because I didn’t order it immediately. Granted, I was on a mission trip. But when I got back to my room they were “Out of Stock”.

I am not waiting on these kits. I’ve already ordered 3 sets, one each for Ashley, Gentry & myself.  Since I already have Created to Create, I’ll be giving it away here on my blog. Watch for details next week.
