Focus while working from home with kids
Maintaining focus amid the joyful chaos of kids at home requires creativity and adaptability, especially when you are homeschooling, too. Juggling Family Activities when You Work & Homeschool
A few of my favorite tools to help you know how to homeschool and work full time :
- Toggl – Keep track of yoru working times with this simple timer app.
- Pomodoro method – Using the app or a simple timer, work 25 minutes. Then, take a 5 minute break to do things you need to do around the house. Possibly, empty the dishwasher, change the laundry from the washer to the dryer, clean the toilet or the mirror or bathroom sink, walk on the driveway and pray for your family.
One of my favorite ways of working from home with kids is to run an online business. In recent years, I’ve tripled my income with an digital course. Working from home gives me freedom to follow my passions and our family’s priorities. If this happens to you, consider working from home.
