  1. How can we make plans, that we can actually follow? Too many years in the past I made great plans – but by late October nothing was as I planned. Either they just weren’t working, or too much work before we got to the good/fun parts of learning. At least one year, less planning worked well, but we didn’t ever finish the states or anatomy.

    1. Thanks for your honesty. I know many other moms are in the same boat. I’ll be posting this on our facebook page and hope to share a blog post on “planning”, too.

    1. Becky,
Thanks for sharing. I thought I had done too much on preschool ideas this past year. I have a friend who speaks on preschool & I’ll try to get her to share with our group.

  2. I would love to learn more about how to practically figure out how to balance school/activities/homemaking is a way that FLOWS and doesn’t always feel rushed and panicked. I struggle with balancing these out and making them work together and would like to offer a peaceful education!

  3. I’m with the previous poster who said planning! I’d also love to hear you chat with Karen Campbell or Sally Clarkson. 🙂

    1. I’d love to chat with Sally. I’m not sure who Karen Campbell is. Do you have her website?
I spoke about Overcoming Busyness during our Homeschool Super Heroes week. If you got the recordings for 2013, it’s my wrap-up session.

    1. What a great topic. I spoke about Overcoming Busyness during our Homeschool Super Heroes week. If you got the recordings for 2013, it’s my wrap-up session.

  4. Looking forward to attending this workshop! Thank you for the chance to win one of these books! This looks like just what I need!

  5. I agree with others – would really love for school to be relaxed and joyful, while still ensuring that my 1st grader is learning what she needs to be all that God may call her to be. Looking forward to your ideas!!

    1. Yes, if you registered, you should have received a link to the recording. We had some problems with the recording, so it took awhile to get it out.

  6. 1) I’d like to hear how others have dealt with reluctant students (My 8 yr old remembers her K-garten and 1st grade yrs and wants to go back to public school. She cannot stand to learn under me, though she does like the perks of schooling at home.) 2) I’d also like to hear how others integrate a younger child into homeschooling (K-garten), when she takes up a lot of my time and effort. 3) How about homeschooling in a small house… at the kitchen table when other things are going on? I would love to hear you interview the Busy Mom blogger, Heidi St, John!

  7. We have just 2 years of high school left and want to send our son out as a mature godly young man and I am creating a curriculum/class addressing theology, world view, and leadership. I would love it if you would cover some of your information on leading instead of following, but for the young adult / older high schooler.

  8. Homeschooling for the first time and I am lost.. Doing the best that I can.I tried to get in on your webinar but it says its closed.Yet, I keep getting updates. At this point needing any information possible.. Thanks

    1. Have you received our email about a recording for the workshop? I think it would encourage you because I talk about moms & how to overcome the biggest problem moms have in homeschooling
