Many wonders occurred the day Jesus died.The most important wonder is that Jesus suffered & took the penalty for my sin and your sin.  He chose to endure the penalty for all of mankind’s sin.  I, for one, can not imagine the anguish He endured that day.

Nor, can I understand how great God’s love is for me. He sacrificed His only Son so I wouldn’t have to die for my sin. And now I am in God’s family.

We hear it often, but it is as true today as when John penned these words:

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Last year I spent many hours working on a study for you & your family during Easter.  Too often, I think Easter takes the back seat to Christmas. This ought not to be.
