I posted a picture of some granola bars I made this week. It was a last-minute thought to post it on facebook & instagram, but I had several requests for the recipe. So, here is my homemade granola recipe.
I’ve been making homemade granola bars to grab & go, as well as crumble in vanilla yogurt . . . One of my favorite breakfasts & snacks!
I adapted the Barefoot Contessa’s recipe. I’d like to experiment with different fruits. I’ve always used raisins, but would like to try some others. In the picture below, I used chocolate chips. I know, chocolate chips aren’t very healthy, but I was tired of raisins & didn’t have any other fruit in the pantry.
