Chicken Enchilada Casserole Recipe {Monday Meals}

This is a family favorite.  Everyone loves chicken enchilada casserole & it was one of the first meals my daughters learned to cook.

Only 6 ingredients…It’s so easy!

We had it yesterday for Sunday lunch.  Gentry was in town, so Hunter, Ashley & Jesse joined us.  All I had to do was add rice, can of ranch beans, guacamole & chips.

 

CROCKPOT OPTION:  Mix it altogether in the crockpot and let it cook about 3-4 hours.

How easy is that!
