Who are Andrew Pudewa & Jill Pike?
Andrew is my longtime friend, one the first homeschool speakers Steve & I go to know when we started our business. He is also one of our kids’ favorite people to see at homeschool conferences.
Andrew is the founder & publisher of IEW – Excellence in Writing and has been teaching kids, parents & classroom teachers for the past 15 years. If you bought one of IEW’s products, you are probably using a resource that Andrew created.
He encourages families in systems to use when teaching writing, reading & other language arts. Other topics where I have learned from Andrew include how to teach boys, using music to homeschool & other homeschooling topics.
Jill Pike has been working with Andrew & IEW for over 10 years. She created supplemental lessons for the Student Writing Intensive course. Last year, she launched her excellent program on teaching your child to read & write – called Primary Arts of Language: Reading or Writing.
