How To Homeschool My Child

Weekend Links for Homeschooling

I’m headed over this afternoon to help at our Earth Day celebration.  I’m volunteering with the Lemonade Day booth.  Can’t wait.

I had a blast at my first Ultimate Blog Party.  I met lots of cool people and found some awesome links for you.  Check out the the links I found on how to homeschool my child .  Please leave a comment on any site you visit and tell the blogger that Kerry (of How To Homeschool My Child) sent you over.

WordSmithery - Small World WordSmithery – At Small World, you’ll find an entire course on teaching creative writing to your kids.  Tell Sarah that I sent you.

The Lorax Lesson Plan – Be sure to check out Nicole’s Science Saturdays while you are there.

Printable Space Shuttle – Billie created a wonderful site of Printables4Mom.  You’ll love what she has. I sure did.

Homeschooling Through High School – I met Toni at BlissDom in February & we immediately connected. I found her blog last summer and she had heard me speak at a homeschool conference. It was fun to meet each other.

Pre-School Acti Homeschool Science Fun Balloon Boats vities – I found Mommy with Selective Memory this morning & am so glad I did.  She has LOTS of activities for pre-schoolers.  You could adjust them for your older kids.  Enjoy!

Newton’s Third Law: Balloon Boats – I love the name of this site – Raising Lifelong Learners.  As you probably already know, giving my kids the love of learning for life is one of my goals.  So, check out Colleen’s  site.

Leave a comment here and let me know which sites you visited or which ones were most helpful in your homeschool journey…thanks!
